Yeah, that's Nora for you.
[ He says it fondly when he thinks of how easygoing she can be. In many ways, Nora is the heart of JNPR.
But she's also the hammer. ]
Our team is the only family she has, and... I think it meant a lot to her. It's nice to know that not everyone had a terrible experience at the time.
