There are quite a few, as a matter of fact.

Strictly speaking, it's a Plusle... But I suppose a rabbit isn't too far off of a comparison.

It may seems so at a glance, but no. It's a similar Pokémon known as Minun - also an Electric-type, it's often seen teaming up with Plusle in pairs.

[ indeed, the ones that he's seen in his memories appear to be in perfect sync, cheering each other on in battle and working together. it's all very cute. ]

Both Pokémon are native to Hoenn, the region that I'm from. They're fairly popular with young Trainers.
